Before You Start Your Project

Q1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is 1 piece for in-stock models and 1,000 sets for private-mould OEM production – a dual-track structure that lets you test the market before committing to tooling. Low MOQ and short lead time apply to laser logo printing and packaging customization, and repeat buyers can release larger blanket orders in stages. Our jade heating wand line, for example, runs at 1,000 sets per order. Send us your target quantity and model and we will confirm the exact MOQ and unit price within 2 hours.

Q2. Can you develop a new beauty device based on our own design?

Yes. We supply OEM/ODM service and can develop a device according to your need, from appearance design to mass production. Founded in 2007, we are a Custom Manufacturer with 19 years of experience, not a trading company, and we support both full customization and private-label projects. Typical scope: housing and silicone colours, jade or stainless-steel contact parts, LED wavelength (633nm red / 830nm infrared), heating setpoint, logo print and retail packaging. NDA available.

Q3. What certifications do you hold, and how do you control quality?

Our RED Light Device (BZ-0606) holds FDA 510(k) clearance K162489 as a Class II OTC device. We can share the available quality-system, audit and product test documents relevant to your project. Quality control covers incoming material inspection, in-process assembly checks and finished-product inspection before shipment. Our factory was verified onsite by SGS Group in September 2026. Ask our team for the documents covering your selected model and destination market.

Q4. What is your production lead time?

In-stock models ship within 7 days after payment, while custom OEM orders of 1,000 sets take about 25-30 days from artwork approval, with new tooling adding 15-20 days. Because assembly and quality control stay in-house across 1,000-3,000 sq m of floorspace, we schedule for a 95%+ on-time delivery rate rather than the 45-day average quoted by trading companies. Share your target ship date and we will confirm a production slot.

Q5. How is your pricing structured, and why is it competitive?

Pricing is volume-tiered and quoted per specification: our jade heating wand line runs US$29-38 per set at 1,000 sets, our RF/EMS skin-tightening machine US$47.50-55, and entry-level LED wands start at US$3.60 per unit. Because tooling, assembly and finished-product inspection stay in-house, there is no intermediary margin between our factory and your landed cost. Share your target specification and certification market and we will return a line-by-line quotation within 24 hours.

Q6. Which shipping terms and payment methods do you accept?

We quote EXW, FOB and CIF terms, with FOB Shenzhen / Zhongshan as our default port arrangement for bulk shipments. Payment is typically 30% T/T deposit with the 70% balance against the bill of lading copy, and orders can also run through Alibaba.com Trade Assurance for payment and on-time shipment protection. Express and air freight cover sample orders of 1-10 pieces, and we prepare export documentation, CE/FDA labelling and destination carton marking for your market.

Q7. What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?

Every device carries a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, with free replacement of faulty main units and spare parts during that period. Our after-sales process has 3 steps: you report with photos or video, we confirm the root cause within 24 hours, and we resolve it with replacement parts in your next shipment or a credit against your following order. English and Chinese technical support is available, and we stock spare parts for discontinued models for 2 years.

Q8. Why should we choose your factory rather than other beauty device suppliers?

We combine beauty-device manufacturing experience since 2007 with private-label and custom-development support. Our RED Light Device (BZ-0606) holds FDA 510(k) clearance K162489 as a Class II OTC device, and our factory was verified onsite by SGS Group in September 2026. In-stock models are available from 1 piece, helping you evaluate a product before planning a larger order.
